Cooperating with Orwil Company in part of ensuring technical support, NaviServ Company successfully ensures complex support of ERP-complex of Microsoft Dynamics NAV operated by the Customer.

Within framework of such cooperation our specialists efficiently solve issues of license support and technical assistance of the system in cooperation with support services of Microsoft.

Clear well-organized work and prompt response of NaviServ employees to arising incidents enables the Orwil Company of planned implementation of its IT-strategy without emergency and failures.

Results

Fruitful cooperation of specialists of both particular in part of modern transition to the companies  ensured support of the system in dynamically developing state, in particular in part of modern transition to new version of the product. At present Orwil Company makes use of the latest version of the system - Microsoft Dynamics NAV - 2009R2.
