Automation of polymer items production

Specialists of NaviServ Company have successfully built and implemented a complex system on the basis of ERP-solution of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for automation of “Continental-Plast” Polymer Company specializing in production of polymer items.   • Automatic calculation of material consumption on the basis of data about output of finished products
  • Accounting of finished products release and consumption of raw materials in unified form of logbook of product output

  • Accounting of material cost price on every type of products
  • Mechanisms of automatic distribution of general production costs to cost price  of the products
  • Establishment of marginal profit accounting in terms of released products
  • Complete bookkeeping in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation and establishment of regulatory statements
