NaviServ Company is a self-made concept for complex integration of ERP-system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and hotel industry management system.
These developments are aimed to analyze possibilities to establish a complex integrated system of financial management of hotel industry effectively interacting with Property Management System – PMS.
In the course of the studies successful solutions have been developed for:

Establishment of financial planning system, accounting and controlling with the use of all the benefits of ERP-system of world class Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Implementation of accounting and tax records directly in MS Dynamics NAV in order to improve reliability and accuracy of data, as well as establish accounting according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Implementation of financial budgeting system and system of planned/actual analysis (financial controlling).

Ensuring prompt preparation of analytical and financial statements with possibility of their modification according to internal requirements of the hotel.
Integration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV with PMS will enable ensuring diverse financial analysis, using unlimited number of analytical measurements and get main indicators of the hotel activity (loading of hotel room capacity, statistics on entries/departures etc.).
Microsoft Dynamics NAV system has implemented different forms of financial, management and analytical statements, matrix forms of analysis on analytical measurements in finances and warehouse, more than 300 reports in different business trends, possibility of establishment of multidimensional analytical cubes as a part of business analytics unit, data upload in Microsoft Office formats.
Functionality of the system can be measured and extended with the help of tools of development built in the system, which are easy in study and operation to extend standard functionality of the system.
