Sonoco Alcore has been built up through acquisitions and joint ventures as well as new start-ups

These new businesses have used a diverse range of IT solutions to support their businesses and Microsoft Dynamics NAV was selected as the single IT solution to be used across EMEA enabling a common IT platform  to be used across the European businesses in 16 countries delivering a consistent output across the continent from Spain to Russia and Finland to Turkey  

The solution covers all the business processes:  Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Shipping and Quality feeding consistent data into COGNOS Sonoco Alcore’s Business Intelligence Solution

Part of the solution was developed in-house by Sonoco Alcore  producing a Kernel of bespoke (primarily Manufacturing) modules which NaviServ merged with the Microsoft Dynamics Solution

Sonoco currently has 3 operations in Russia in St Petersburg, Syktyvkar and Shchekino.
