Project on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV information system to improve performance and quality of management of production company:

• ensure transparency of business processes and accounting procedures
• implement marginal system of account at the company
• ensure transparency of information about loading of production facilities, circulation of materials and goods, procurement and sales and cost price of the products
• ensure minimum modification of the system
• perform launch of the system by its own efforts with regular support of NaviServ Company
• meet any mandatory requirements set to the project on the part of quality management system of ISO 9001:2000 standard

The project started in November 2010 and ended in January 2011

Results

Implementation of information system increased level of operational control over production process, consumption of raws and materials, settlement with suppliers and customer and cash flow.
